Your application must include:

• Planning certificate application (appendix 35 – form I) 2 copies
• Extract from the cadastral map (with a validity date no more than 6 months before the application date) with a radius of 50 m + cadastral matrix + a list of the names of the owners within a 50 m radius 2 copies
