Subdivision permit involving the opening, modification, removal of municipal highways (art. 313 of the C.W.A.T.U.P.E.)

Your application must include:

• Subdivision permit application (appendix 23) 3 copies
• The owner’s document of title OR a mandate from the owner to the applicant 3 copies
• Drawings:
  • Site plan - scale 1/5000 or 1/10000 8 copies
  • Topographic maps (existing situation and planned situation) - scales 1/500- 1/1000- 1/1250-1/2500 8 copies
  • Subdivision plans (existing situation and planned situation) - scales 1/500- 1/1000- 1/1250-1/2500 8 copies
  • Drawings and documents relating to the subdivision equipment 8 copies
  • 1 complete set of format drawings
• Town planning provisions for subdivision…. 3 copies
• Extract from the cadastral map (with a validity date no more than 6 months before the application date) with a radius of 50 m + cadastral matrix + a list of the names of the owners within a 50 m radius 3 copies
• Statement of intent for the project 3 copies
• Advance notices of impact on the environment 3 copies
• Photograph report containing at least the following (in 3 copies):
  • 3 photographs taken from different angles showing the boundaries of the property in question and the neighbouring constructions
  • 1 photograph taken from the road, showing the plot and adjoining boundaries
  • 1 photograph showing the plot(s) situated beside each other, taken from the other side of the road
  • The photographs must be numbered and indicated on the site plan
• Boundary marking report 3 copies
