Planning permission
Contents of applications:
PLANNING PERMISSION (art. 285-286 of the C.W.A.T.U.P.E)
Build or use land to erect one or more fixed installations – Rebuild – Convert an existing construction – Restore a listed or protected building.
Your application must include:
- Planning permission application (appendix 20) 3 copies
- Architect’s certificate(s) (appendix 21) 3 copies
- Architect’s certificate(s) (appendix 22) + Approval from the Order of Architects 3 copies

Drawings (signed by the applicant and the person carrying out the work):
- Site plan - scale 1/5000 or 1/2500 6 copies
- Layout plan - scale 1/500 or 1/200 6 copies + 5 copies
- Plan view of the different levels - scale 1/100 (or 1/50) 6 copies
- Elevation drawing of facades - scale 1/100 (or 1/50) 6 copies
- Cross sections and longitudinal sections 6 copies
- + 1 complete set of A3 drawings
- Statistical form (Model I and/or II) 3 copies
- Extract from the cadastral map (with a validity date no more than 6 months before the application date) with a radius of 50 m + cadastral matrix + a list of the names of the owners within a 50 m radius 3 copies
- Statement of intent for the project 3 copies
- Advance notices of impact on the environment 3 copies

Photo report containing at least the following and in 3 copies:
- 3 photographs taken from different angles showing the boundaries of the property in question and the neighbouring constructions
- 1 photograph taken from the road, showing the plot and adjoining boundaries
- 1 photograph showing the plot(s) situated beside each other, taken from the other side of the road
- In the case of a new construction, if the project involves the application of articles 110 to 113, 127 §3, for permission for a group of constructions or if the project is located in an area of environmental interest: At least three distance photographs taken from different angles and showing the overall environmental context in which the project will be located, indicating the site of the project on the photographs.
- The photographs must be numbered and indicated on the site plan
In the case of a new construction, if the project involves the application of articles 110 to 113, 127 §3, for permission for a group of constructions or if the project is located in an area of environmental interest (in 3 copies):
- One or more different and representative views, in three dimensions, of the planned actions and work and the actual site within a 50 m radius of each of the boundaries of the plot in question, or within the most appropriate radius with regard to the visual perception angles of the project in relation to neighbouring plots and the presence or absence of other buildings
IIn the situations specified in article 300°1° to 5° and 12° or where a variance applies to the building envelope: An axonometric view of the project and adjacent buildings (in 3 copies)
