Planning declaration

Your application must include:

• A Planning Declaration form (appendix 52) 2 copies
• Drawings :
  • Existing site plan and planned site plan - scale 1/500, 1/1000, 1/2500, 1/5000, 1/10000 2 copies
  • Layout plan for the planned actions and works - scale 1/500 or 1/1000 2 copies
  • Dimensioned drawing of the different levels (in the case of construction) - scale 1/100 (or 1/50) 2 copies
  • Dimensioned elevation view of the facades in the case of construction - scale 1/100 (or 1/50) 2 copies
• Literal description of planned actions and works 2 copies
• Extract from the cadastral map (with a validity date no more than 6 months before the application date) with a radius of 50 m + cadastral matrix + a list of the names of the owners within a 50 m radius 2 copies
• Photograph report containing at least the following (in 2 copies):
  • 3 numbered photographs of the location of the planned actions and work, indicating the locations of the photograph angles on the cadastral extrac
